While other training programs enhance employees' supervisory skills, is designed to assist newly hired and promoted supervisors and managers to become more knowledgeable about the City's operations and procedures. The result is a more efficient supervisor or manager. The training includes an overview of City government, purchasing, public information, training, family medical leave, emergency management, agenda meetings, media relations, etc.
