Advanced Nuts & Bolts program is a continuation and expansion of the Nuts and Bolts program. The program includes: workers compensation, unemployment insurance, giving feedback, conflict resolution, behavioral based interviewing, and more. Just like Nuts and Bolts, this workshop is open to current supervisors and aspiring supervisors.
