• Request an inspection
• Cancel an inspection
• Get the results of an inspection

PROCEDURE FOR CONTRACTORS

1. Dial (561) 805-6700
2. To request, cancel, or get results of an inspection, press 1
3. Enter Contractor PIN #  followed by the # key
4. Enter permit # followed by the # key
5. To request inspection, press 1
   To cancel inspection, press 2
   To hear results, press 3
   To leave a message for inspector, press 4
   To work on a different permit, press 5
   Having trouble with system, press 8
   To end this call, press 9
6. Enter inspection code followed by the # key
7. To schedule an inspection for tomorrow, press 2
8. For the next working day after that, press 3

PROCEDURE FOR OWNER/BUILDER

1. Dial (561) 805-6700
2. To request, cancel, or get results of an inspection, press 1
3. Just press the # key
4. Enter permit # followed by the # key
5. Enter 4 digit password (your password is the last 4 digits of your permit #)
6. To request inspection, press 1
   To cancel inspection, press 2
   To hear results, press 3
   To leave a message for inspector, press 4
   To work on a different permit, press 5
   Having trouble with system, press 8
   To end this call, press 9
7. Enter inspection code followed by the # key
