CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS

In order to perform work within the corporate limits of the City of West Palm Beach you must first register with the Construction Services Department. A list of the necessary documents is provided. The documents may be submitted by mail to the Construction Services Department, P.O. Box 3366, West Palm Beach, FL 33402. Submittal of partial documents will not be accepted. If your business office is located within the City of West Palm Beach you must have a valid business tax receipt issued by the City.
