What are Podcasts and What Do I Need to Get Them?
The term Podcast is a fusion of the words “iPod” and “broadcast”, although an iPod is not necessary for you to enjoy them. Podcasts are an extension of Broadcasting on the internet. They are essentially TV or radio shows that are produced and then syndicated using “feeds.” They can be rebroadcasts of popular radio and television shows or independently produced.
